Ah, and here is Temari of Naruto fame...my favorite character in the series, tied with her brother Gaara. She's cool, collected, intelligent, pretty damn strong, and of course...I'd say she's quite a looker. Not to mention, that new post-timeskip outfit really works for her. I also chose to perch Kamatari on her shoulder cuz' he's too cool not to put in a picture with his summoner.

I've been dying to do fanart of her for utterly forever, but I held myself back from the idea for various purposes...that is...until now. This is the first of a small set featuring all of my favorite ladies of the series (Tenten is to follow, possibly by Shizune and finishing up with Konan).

I'm also aware that a few details have been screwed up...but I did make sure that Kamatari and her giant fan are very much to proper scale. The background I figure was most appropriate...she's a fairly colorful character in bleak desert...hence, an actual temari ball...in the desert.
